I come from operations: warehousing, delivery and pallet management. I know what it’s like when a pallet is delivered and never comes back, a paper delivery note gets lost, a driver has no time for a complicated app or order picking gets stuck. That’s why I design tools that work in three taps and capture the data the moment it happens.

I have built a complete system for venues and events: know what sells at each bar in real time, reward guests who come back and give each team member (bar staff, entry staff, supervisor, event partner) only what they need to see. I work with what happens inside the event.

Challenge

Venues don’t know what sells at each bar until closing time, and they don’t know their audience.

Solution

Three connected apps. The guest app, with points, rewards and a personal QR code. The staff app, with role-based access (bar staff, entry staff, supervisor, event partner) and QR scanning. And the control dashboard, with live sales across several venues.

Challenge

Pallets delivered and collected were written down on paper and nobody knew the real balance with each customer.

Solution

A single screen with two large counters (delivered and collected). Three taps and it’s saved, with optional delivery note and photo. Each customer’s balance, always up to date.

Challenge

Finding contacts, writing to each one and following up on emails and meetings took hours every week.

Solution

An assistant connected to email, calendar and documents. It finds companies and contact people in B2B databases and on social networks such as Instagram, writes a personalised email for each one and leaves it as a draft (it never sends on its own), flags when an important contact replies, summarises meetings and runs a weekly review.

Challenge

Present a new product in two languages with a professional image.

Solution

Website designed and published in English and Spanish, with its own domain, professional email and an access form for venues.
